The primary purpose in this detailed role is being responsible for the full Pension process for all funds including some benefit payment processing, ensuring work allocations are completed, checking and Quality Assurance, assigning day to day tasks, processing, monitoring and investigative tasks and more. Central is the ability to have an in-depth understanding and appreciation of the tasks undertaken, and ability to execute allocated tasks within tight timeframes with a high level of accuracy.
Some of the awesome things you'll be involved with:
- Ensure all new pensions set up prior to pension pay runs- Workflow - ensure processing and QA queues are within SLA- Complex task escalation point- Staff interviewing and selection- Provide guidance to the Fund Administrator's on errors and process corrections- Ensure all pensions are processed monthly for all funds- Assisting with the review of documentation for sign off by the Operation Support Team regarding new functionality that impacts business process for change- Assisting the with the operational readiness support for new transitions including maintenance and updating of Operational Documentation- Completion of annual pension review for all funds
What you will bring:
- Proven ability in a similar role within the Superannuation industry- Strong leadership experience with managing agile teams- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Demonstrated drive and commitment towards attaining the highest possible standards- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively within a diverse team environment- High level of accuracy and attention to detail and adherence to processes and procedures
