- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Manage departmental budgets, controlling food costs and coordinating with suppliers to achieve financial targets.
- Lead by example, setting a positive tone for the team and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proven ability to manage staff across multiple sections, with clear and effective communication skills.
