Business Growth Manager

As a Business Growth Manager at Cape Australia, you will play a pivotal role in driving new sales and building meaningful relationships through sparking interest in our product offering and discussing solutions to customer pain points.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop a detailed business growth plan and sales strategy to drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation and build an effective funnel for account executives.
• Establish connections with prospects to articulate Cape's value proposition to key decision-makers across multiple industries.
• Manage pipeline data in Hubspot and capture market insights and sales activity using our CRM.
Requirements
• Proven experience hitting and exceeding KPIs and targets.
• Confident, driven, proactive, and passionate about sales and growth.
• Ability to manage and organize competing priorities and have difficult conversations.
Nice to Haves
• Past experience working within Fintech and/or high-growth startups.
• Experience within a sales role and a grasp on new technologies.
