Business Growth Manager

About the Role
Cape Australia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for driving new sales and building meaningful relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a detailed business growth plan and sales strategy
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation and build an effective funnel for account executives
- Establish connections with prospects to articulate Cape's value proposition to key decision-makers
- Pipeline management: enter and maintain data in Hubspot
- Working with our CRM to capture market insights and sales activity
Requirements
- Experience hitting and exceeding KPI's and targets
- Confident, driven, proactive and passionate
- Ability to manage and organise competing priorities
- Comfortable having difficult conversations
