
Senior Advice Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated professional to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our members.
The ideal candidate will be the vital bridge connecting our members to life-changing financial guidance, ensuring they receive the right advice at the right time.
The PositionKey responsibilities include:
- Receiving and triaging member inquiries through our customer service centre
- Determining suitable advice types and service packages tailored to individual member needs
- Scheduling appointments and preparing comprehensive client files using our proprietary system
- Coordinating implementation of agreed advice strategies, including applications and follow-up
- Supporting our financial planning team with administrative tasks and training
- Contributing to member seminars and workplace presentations
The successful candidate will work closely with both members and financial planners, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery throughout the advice process.
About YouYou should have experience in administrative or associate roles, preferably within financial services. You understand the personal financial planning process and can communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Previous administrative experience in a corporate environment (financial planning experience highly valued)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work autonomously, and meet deadlines consistently
- Experience with financial planning software (our system knowledge particularly beneficial)
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to excellent customer service
- Completed or currently studying towards a postgraduate diploma in financial planning
- Generic knowledge + tier 1 superannuation — general advice (or similar from another provider)
- Postgraduate diploma in financial planning or superannuation (continuing professional development maintained)
