Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Advice Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Financial Advisers in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the development of tailored financial plans that align with our clients' unique goals and objectives. This will involve working closely with our clients, analyzing financial data, and providing general advice as required in line with AFSL restrictions.

You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and addressing their inquiries promptly. Additionally, you will support and complete all research and implementation work for members who receive personal advice from our comprehensive financial planners.

We are looking for an individual with a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals. If you enjoy building relationships and providing excellent service, have a strong attention to detail, and can effectively prioritize your day, we would love to hear from you.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma of Financial Services (FP) or a tertiary qualification in a relevant field;
  • Previous experience in an associate role within a financial planning practice or financial services environment is preferred but not essential;
