A regional leadership health and safety opportunity to support 6 underground mining projects nationally. Reporting to the HSET Manager, this role offers a chance to succeed in a corporate safety position.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of health and safety activities across 6 underground sites.
  • Provide fresh ideas to improve health and safety performance and quality documentation.
  • Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and ensure industry best practice is adhered to.
  • Lead pre-start, toolbox talks, inductions, and facilitate site safety audits.

**Requirements:

  • Qualifications related to health and safety.
  • Proven underground mine leadership experience with strong coaching ability.
  • Knowledge of ER processes and excellent communication skills.
