Job Title: Security Compliance Specialist**Job Description**

We are seeking a seasoned Security Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a Security Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization's security policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks, develop and implement effective compliance strategies, and provide training and awareness programs to ensure that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a secure environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security compliance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information assurance, or business administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in security compliance, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and standards, including NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
