Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to lead our analytics function and provide data-informed business decisions.

This critical role will design, structure, and maintain key data and analytics assets, leading data-driven initiatives for the Retail Business Unit.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in data and analytics, including leading Analytics functions, and expertise in data governance and data-driven storytelling.

You'll excel at translating complex business needs into insightful questions and objectives, applying context to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and establishing data collection systems and strategies to enhance statistical efficiency and improve overall data quality.
  • Developing and implementing data strategies, ensuring data integrity, quality standards, and actionable insights.
  • Preparing and presenting comprehensive briefs, reports, and initiatives to senior and executive management.

In addition, you'll have experience building reporting data solutions, advanced database querying (SQL), and automation approaches (GCP, Python).

Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and other similar software is required.
