
Regional Sales Specialist VIC

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Specialist for the VIC region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading medical device company, marketing and selling complex endoscopic solutions to healthcare professionals.
This role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with customers, and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively market and sell products within the defined territory to achieve targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop effective sales plans to identify commercial opportunities and report on progress.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing product knowledge and technical support.
- Maintain a customer-centric focus, delivering excellent service and meeting commitments.
- Manage expenses and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Record sales activities and opportunities in CRM system.
- Participate in marketing events, including evenings and weekends when required.
- Conduct business ethically and compliantly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales.
- Experience in the endoscopic space, particularly with endoscopic camera tower equipment.
- A bachelor's degree in nursing, science, or business.
- Demonstrated success in selling complex medical technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid Australian driver's licence and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
- Self-motivated and accountable, with a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation.
- Committed to ongoing personal and professional development and growth.
