Job Overview

We are seeking an expert technical professional to lead the delivery of projects and support services, focusing on Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies such as Intune/Autopilot, Defender, M365 migrations, Hybrid Exchange, SharePoint/Teams, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Copilot, and Viva.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will deliver end-to-end technical projects, including design, implementation, support, and resolution of complex technical issues.
  • They will be responsible for project ownership, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.
  • Candidates must collaborate with the team while delivering autonomous outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of six years of related technical experience working with M365 and cloud technologies is required.
  • Candidates should have mid-market clients with 100-1000 seats.
  • Prior experience in an MSP environment, particularly with Project Delivery, is necessary.
  • Candidates must have technical expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting systems applied to small and medium environments.
Preferred Skills:
  • Cross Tenant, Google, and/or On-Prem to Microsoft 365 migrations (Identity, SSO, Email, OneDrive, SharePoint/Teams, Intune, Defender)
  • Microsoft Unified Endpoint Management, Windows Autopilot, Intune MDM/MAM configurations for Apple and Android
  • SharePoint Online / Microsoft Teams Design, Implementation and Migration including Governance and Security
  • Hybrid Exchange Configuration, Migration, and Decommissioning
  • Microsoft Defender for Endpoint configurations and hardening best practices
  • Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022
  • Understanding of well-known security frameworks such as CIS or Essential 8 for best practice configurations
