Job Title: Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled mental health therapist to join our team. As a senior mental health clinician, you will provide high-level clinical advice and support the development of education tools or programs to promote excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide innovative solutions to complex mental health issues affecting infants and their families.
  • To apply advanced reasoning skills and independent professional judgment when dealing with novel, complex, or critical situations.
  • To lead quality improvement initiatives and evaluate services to ensure they meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Registered Nursing with relevant postgraduate qualifications.
  • Extensive postgraduate experience in mental health and previous experience working with families of infants.
  • Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and advocacy skills.
