The Executive Chef plays a vital role in the culinary operations of our organization, responsible for leading and developing a large-scale, multi-venue kitchen team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, creating memorable culinary experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a high-performing team of chefs and kitchen staff.
- Drive People Leadership, Strategy Implementation, and Continuous Improvement.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met by leveraging HACCP knowledge and a safety-first mindset.
- Work with commercial and venue teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive business performance.
- Previous experience in a similar role, leading a large-scale/multi-venue kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid knowledge of HACCP and a safety-first mindset.
- Ability to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
