**Executive Housekeeping Manager Role**

We are seeking a skilled Executive Housekeeper to oversee the management of our housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring exceptional standards and delivering memorable guest experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leadership and Team Development
  • Maintaining and ordering supplies and equipment while minimizing waste in support of our environmental initiatives
  • Contributing to budget development and implementation to maximize profitability
  • Addressing special requests from guests, VIPs, repeat visitors, and VIP Club members
  • Providing support during busy periods and assisting with deep cleaning projects

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business acumen and proficiency in related tools
  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification in hospitality or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a catering setting or related field
  • Direct supervisory experience over a sales/catering team or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Proficiency in the local language(s)
