Director of Hotel Operations and Services

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the smooth operation of our hotel. The successful candidate will have excellent people management skills and be able to motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Oversee daily hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
- Foster a positive work environment by leading and motivating teams to provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with departments to guarantee smooth service delivery and address guest needs efficiently.
- Take charge in emergency situations and make informed decisions quickly.
- Natural leadership skills with a focus on people management and team development.
- Experience in leadership roles within Front Office, Guest Services, or F&B is highly valued.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-focused approach are essential.
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills are required.
