Strategic HR Leader Opportunity in Luxury Hotel Group

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary HR Director to lead our Sydney-based team and shape the future of our people operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving a full-spectrum HR agenda, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy development
  • Revamping and upskilling the HR team to align with best practices
