Customer Solutions Specialist

Role Overview:

As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences through empathetic communication and effective problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality resolutions, reducing long-term customer indebtedness, and promoting a positive company culture.

  • Provide customized, clear client communication based on each customer's needs.
  • Consistently meet established performance standards.
  • Maintain a high level of call quality aligned with operational and compliance expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be expected to make and receive collections phone calls in an empathetic way and conduct skip/trace activities.

  • Conduct skip/trace activities to locate customers.
  • Resolve customers' accounts by providing excellent resolutions and reducing long-term customer indebtedness.
  • Operate efficiently to ensure optimum availability for customer calls.
  • Encourage maintained contact through excellent bonding and rapport.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a positive, performance-driven attitude with solid negotiation skills.
