Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate problem-solver to join our organization as a customer service expert. This role requires exceptional communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent resolutions for customers and reduce long-term customer debt.

You will be responsible for making and receiving calls in an empathetic way, conducting skip/trace activities, and operating efficiently to ensure optimum availability for customer calls.

  • Provide customized, clear client communication based on each customer's needs
  • Consistently meet established performance standards
  • Maintain a high level of call quality aligned with operational and compliance expectations

We are looking for someone with well-honed emotional intelligence, a passion for delivering great customer experiences, and a positive, performance-driven attitude with solid negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
