Strategic ECM Advisor

The Equity Capital Markets team seeks a seasoned professional to facilitate strategic equity capital formation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ECM, corporate finance, and excellent communication skills.

  • Originate, structure, and execute complex ECM transactions.

The successful candidate will have 1-4 years of ECM experience, strong analytical skills, and exceptional teamwork abilities. They will be commercially savvy, self-directed, and able to work independently with attention to detail and personal integrity.
