Corporate Lawyer with M&A and ECM Experience

Job Description: We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer with M&A and ECM experience to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in corporate transactions, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Equity Capital Markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and execution of corporate transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and closing
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, securities laws, and other relevant areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans
Requirements:
- Moderate level of academic achievement (Bachelor's degree in Law or related field)
- Training from a leading law firm with strong ECM and M&A experience
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Familiarity with commercial transactions and contract management
