We have a fantastic opportunity for a casual trainer to join our team as a Workplace Trainer and Assessor.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of education and training services at AusHealth Inc through the delivery of nationally accredited and non-accredited training courses in the Health & Safety sector.
The role will ensure the successful delivery of nationally endorsed training packages/accredited courses and/or customised industry courses for AusHealth clients.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Delivering high quality training courses through varied methods of learning across a range of industry sectors.
- Contributing to the development and review of current and new courses.
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge in relation to all relevant training and assessment procedures, policies and processes, industry currency and experience for the programs delivered.
- Contributing to the compliance, regulatory and legislative requirements of the Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) with additional units required.
- Proven experience in facilitating both face to face and online learning to various sized training cohorts.
- Active participation in the ongoing compliance of nationally accredited courses.
