Workplace Training Specialist

AusHealth RTO is seeking a skilled and experienced trainer to join our team as a Workplace Trainer and Assessor. As a key member of our training team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nationally accredited and non-accredited training courses in the Health and Safety sector
- Participate in validation and review of nationally recognized training and other educational programs
- Contribute to the development and review of current and new courses
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant training and assessment procedures, policies, and processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements of the Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
Requirements:
- TAE40116 with additional units req / 40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Proven experience in facilitating face-to-face and online learning to various sized training cohorts
- Active participation in the ongoing compliance of nationally accredited courses
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certificate IV in a Health Training course (Health, Health & Safety, Pathology etc)
- Experience in and commitment to the provision of adult learning and professional development
- Well-developed oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution skills and techniques
