Job Overview
Wannon Water is seeking a proactive and organized Facilities and Property Officer to manage corporate facilities and property portfolio.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating facility services, supporting the coordination of Essential Safety Measures' compliance, and assisting with property administration.
The successful candidate will have experience in facilities or property coordination, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.
This is an ongoing full-time position based in Warrnambool, offering a range of benefits including workplace flexibility, inclusive culture, leadership commitment to Zero Harm, and extensive learning and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day facility services ensuring timely responses to maintenance queries and scheduled activities.
- Support the coordination of ESMs compliance across corporate facilities.
- Assist with the administration of property and tenancy agreements.
- Monitor contractor performance, support budgets, and help deliver projects.
- Contribute to the delivery of our workplace strategy by supporting improvements such as refurbishments and relocations.
Requirements
