About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Transformation Senior Manager to lead our strategic design transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and sequencing transformation initiatives that align with our organisation's overarching strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with our organisation's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Engage relevant business and IT stakeholders in design and sequencing activities.
  • Develop comprehensive end-to-end release plans, setting milestones and dependencies, ready for delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles that may impact the progress of transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure approval of strategic transformational initiatives at all required levels.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of transformation initiatives to ensure they meet predefined objectives and make necessary adjustments when required.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience at a senior level in large transformation projects with a focus on strategy within general insurance is highly essential.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels with expertise in creating pathways forward for transformations.
  • Certification or demonstrated competency in application of at least one formal change methodology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights, and evaluate options for decision-making.
  • Strong personal integrity and commitment to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to transition seamlessly between strategy and execution as required.
