Senior Change Manager - Culture & Leadership

We are seeking an exceptional Change Manager to join Ethos BeathChapman's organisation-wide transformation program to sit across the cultural change stream. You will play a pivotal role in driving our successful transformation. Working with the Head of Change and Culture and Leadership Stream Lead, you will lead the development and delivery of change plans to support the organisation transform its culture and strengthen leadership capabilities. You will provide the full range of change management support to drive and embed long-lasting cultural change.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end change management services to support implementation, including impact analysis and stakeholder engagement.
  • Use a structured approach to independently develop and execute change management, communication, and capability plans that align with the organisation's strategic objectives.
  • Identify and proactively manage risks and issues associated with the impact of change and develop plans to mitigate and minimize saturation and delivery risk.
  • Prepare materials to build awareness and understanding of the new culture and help to bring to life the desired behaviours, values, and leadership competencies.
  • Work collaboratively with all members of the program team to ensure the Culture and Leadership change initiatives are well integrated into the overall program change solution.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience leading organisations through transformational and cultural change in highly complex environments, preferably in the financial services sector or large consulting organisation.
  • At least 7 years' culture change experience, with a proven track record of developing and owning change management strategies that integrate project streams with comprehensive change plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure program environments that are ambitious, with multiple streams of work and inter-connected timelines.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex change management concepts to senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to independently identify, analyse, and solve problems using a logical, systematic, sequential approach.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams to drive organisational change.
  • Experience and exposure to agile ways of working is highly desirable.
