About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transformation Manager to join our team at Australian Leisure & Hospitality (ALH). As a trusted business partner to our leadership team, you will drive the transformation agenda, ensuring effective execution and delivery of targeted transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent LT sponsors in relevant forums and apply sound judgement to decision making around tactical and strategic plans
  • Leverage your commercial and operational experience to inject thought leadership on strategic initiative objectives, approach and delivery
  • Apply strategic thinking and problem solving skills to structure problems, design and execute appropriate analysis/research, and develop creative and innovative commercial actions to solve
  • Engage and maintain strong relationships with other matrixed teams in the business, to ensure successful delivery of the strategic and transformation priorities
  • Lead and own core program and initiative deliverables and outcomes alongside the business teams, driving project execution efforts
  • Implement consistent project and program management methodologies and frameworks to guide and support efforts
  • Coach and support business teams on best practices
  • Identify change management needs and guide change management efforts
About You
  • Senior transformation experience (5-7+ years) gained in a large matrix corporate environment, strategy consultancy, private equity or similar relevant field
  • Demonstrated experience operating in large transformation programs
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks, and end-to-end program/project management
  • Superb written and oral communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
  • Experience in hospitality or similar consumer environments is desirable
  • Experience in gaming, wagering or financial services environments is desirable
