We're looking for an Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and other records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
  • Investigate discrepancies in inventory levels and conduct cycle counts
  • Locate products to ensure correct product ID and assist in physical inventories
  • Review stock numbers and verify accuracy of outbound orders
  • Recommend disposal of excess or damaged products
  • Operate licenced and non-licenced MHE, including scissor lift to 10m
Requirements:
  • Experience preferred in operation of inventory systems, procedures and operational practices
  • Experience preferred in planning and executing stocktakes
  • Strong understanding and implementation of safety procedures, product safety, quality, and legality issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service, problem solving and influencing skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, WMS, TMS)
  • Strong analytical skills
