About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Marble, a nationally recognised insurance builder with over 15 years of experience in insurance repair services, restoration, and construction across eastern Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and estimating a portfolio of projects ranging from minor works to major loss claims.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking initial site assessments
  • Preparing building reports
  • Development of a scope of works
  • Estimating material, trade, and labour costs
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Developing business relationships with new and prospective clients

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Carpentry or Plumbing is essential
  • Local trade base across Sydney Metro
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed orientated
  • Strong understanding of the NCC & BCA
  • Current drivers license
