Training and Education Professional

The role of a Training and Education Professional is crucial in delivering high-quality learning experiences to beauty professionals. This position involves providing comprehensive training on brand products and services, both face-to-face and online.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver In-Depth Training: Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for beauty professionals, ensuring they have expert knowledge of our brand's offerings.
  • Facilitate Service Academy Programs: Lead and execute in-class learning activities to enhance the learning experience for participants in our academy programs.
  • Oversee Beauty Services and Technology: Ensure the delivery of exceptional consumer experiences through our beauty services and technology.
  • Collaborate with Business Partners: Work closely with business partners to drive consumer engagement and promote sales through service excellence.
  • Coach and Develop: Collaborate with the REM team to analyze coaching needs and create plans for execution. Lead by example in-store coaching.
  • Promote Education Programs: Assess skills and development needs of beauty professionals to create targeted learning content. Assign and promote education programs and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Engage the BA Community: Engage the Lancome beauty advisor community through social posts, news, and updates about upcoming training events.

  • Previous technical experience in beauty products (skincare) is highly desirable.
  • Business acumen in understanding and delivering business KPIs and results.
  • Previous experience in retail is highly desirable.
  • A current and valid driver's license.
  • Flexibility to travel across Victoria and nationally as required.
