This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of education in the beauty industry. As a Digital Education Expert, you will play a crucial role in igniting the growth of salons through tailored training plans and captivating content creation.

You will have responsibility for assisting the business on how we communicate through social media channels and stay ahead of the game by researching trends, innovating across social media platforms, and identifying emerging talents within the industry.

Your focus will be on delivering Academy education both online and offline, developing education plans for salons to grow their business through in salon online and offline training, managing salon education and animation, and driving users to ACCES online educational portal.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering Academy education both online and offline
  • Developing education plans for salons to grow their business through in salon online and offline training

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification such as Certification III in hairdressing or equivalent
  • Highly organised and solution focused with a result driven attitude
  • Able to identify new business and social media opportunities
