The Role:

You'll drive education and training initiatives both in a classroom setting and through in-store coaching and collaboration with District Managers and Store Management Teams. Your responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, communicating, delivering, and assessing Sephora and brand classroom training, as well as developing tailored coaching plans for teams and tracking learning outcomes.

  • Enjoy coordinating and delivering a variety of Sephora classroom and online training programs
  • Are skilled at developing relationships to achieve training outcomes
  • Can coach and follow up on classroom training initiatives within store teams
  • Have experience identifying and addressing present and future training needs for individuals within store teams
  • Are proficient in analyzing trends and gaps in education and capability
  • Have experience exercising influencing and leadership skills to drive educational outcomes
  • Can maintain and report training engagement through session attendance, data, and in-store training overviews
  • Assist in the recruitment process of specialist roles through practical assessment of category skills
  • Execute e-learning schedules with store teams and deliver content and coaching managers in leadership and soft skills

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has a Certificate IV Adult Training and Assessment or equivalent qualifications
  • Has retail, skin, colour, or fragrance qualifications
  • Has retail/sales training experience
  • Has previous experience in content creation and design
  • Has open availability for travel between states according to training and coaching needs
  • Has adult training and coaching experience with an understanding of adult learning principles
