Key Job Responsibilities

This role is key to delivering expert training and education to beauty professionals across our brand's products and services. Key areas of focus include in-depth product knowledge, customer service excellence, and leadership development.

Training & Education:
  • Provide high-quality training sessions for beauty professionals on both face-to-face and online platforms.
Service Academy Programs (SRA):
  • Develop and execute engaging learning activities to boost participants' knowledge and confidence.
Leading & Managing Service and Beauty Tech:
  • Lead a team of experts to deliver exceptional service experiences that meet our CXE deliverables.
Collaborating with Business Partners:
  • Work closely with business partners to drive consumer connections and sales through excellent service delivery.
Coaching:
  • Collaborate with the REM team to create coaching plans and lead by example in-store coaching.
Promoting Education Programs:
  • Assess skills gaps and develop targeted learning content to enhance professionals' skills and knowledge.
One Retail eLearning and Social BA Community:
  • Engage with the Lancôme BA community through social media posts and inspire them to participate in upcoming training events.
Collaborate with the Education & BA Community Executive:
  • Drive eLearning completion and social chat engagement across the BA community team.
Requirements
  • A results-driven attitude and passion for educating and coaching.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage and inspire.
  • A vibrant personality with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Strong attention to detail for flawless execution of education programs.
  • Previous technical experience in beauty products (skincare) highly desirable.
  • Business acumen to understand and deliver business KPIs and results.
  • Previous retail experience highly desirable.
  • A current and valid driver's license.
  • Flexibility to travel across Victoria and nationally as required.
