The Opportunity

As a Senior Risk Advisor, you will report directly to the Risk Lead and collaborate closely with the compliance team, senior leaders, and operational teams to embed best-in-class risk practices throughout the organisation.

  • You will be a champion of simplicity, insight, and influence – making risk accessible, understood, and integral to how we plan, operate, and make decisions.
  • From refining our frameworks to facilitating risk workshops and leading capability uplift, your work will directly impact how we manage risk at all levels.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in commerce, risk, audit, law, or a related field, coupled with proven experience in enterprise risk management and deep technical knowledge of frameworks like ISO31000, COSO, and the Commonwealth Risk Management Policy.
  • Proven success in influencing and advising stakeholders at all levels – from operational teams to senior executives.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills – written, verbal, and visual.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and reporting capabilities.
  • A collaborative and curious mindset with a desire to continuously improve.
