As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to end-users with their computing devices. Your tasks will include testing, identifying, repairing, resolving, and documenting technical issues without compromising hardware warranty or security compliance requirements.

- Perform routine maintenance on desktops and laptops, including re-imaging computers/hard drives as needed.

- Collaborate with users to implement local data backup and restore processes in accordance with documented procedures.

- Assist the Service Desk and Remote Desktop Support teams in coordinating efforts to address user queries and issues.

- Ensure the secure disposal of outdated devices, including wiping sensitive data and coordinating requests for decommissioning.

Experience Required:

  • At least 2 years of experience in desktop support, preferably in a similar role.
