What You'll Do.
As a Junior IT Desktop Support professional, you'll be the go-to person for providing friendly, professional, and effective support to our internal users. You'll troubleshoot, solve problems, and learn something new every day while building a solid foundation for your IT career.

We don't expect you to know everything—we're looking for someone who is motivated, willing to learn, and passionate about technology. We're looking for someone with a customer-first mindset, who communicates clearly with a friendly, approachable attitude. You'll thrive as a team player, while also being confident working independently. Most importantly, you'll bring a genuine passion for technology and career growth to everything you do.
Technical skills:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
- Familiarity with MS Office and common applications
- Understanding of Windows Desktop, Server, networks, and hardware setup
- Exposure to troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Awareness of VPN/remote access support
Experience highly desired:
- Experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role
- Using service desk call logging tools
- Supporting executive or senior staff
- Networking and desktop troubleshooting skills
