The Spa Therapist plays a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a rejuvenating and memorable experience. Key responsibilities include delivering a range of treatments, from massages and facials to body therapies, tailored to individual needs. Additionally, the therapist will be responsible for maintaining high hygiene standards, ensuring the smooth operation of the spa area, and enhancing guest satisfaction.

  • Deliver bespoke spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, designed to cater to the unique needs of each guest.
  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that fosters relaxation and well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment space, adhering to stringent hygiene standards.
  • Promote spa services and products to enhance the overall guest experience and drive sales.
  • Support the Spa Manager in daily operations and closing procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Hold a degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as aesthetics or wellness.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills are crucial for success in this position.
