Improve Recruitment Strategy

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to drive and deliver recruitment across our programs in Australia.

You will work within an established talent acquisition strategy to coordinate recruitment processes, acting as a trusted advisor within the People and Culture team and to your stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach Hiring Managers through the recruitment process for our work across Australia, and work closely with them to understand key objectives and challenges of their vacancies
  • Ensure recruitment strategies are tailored to the specific needs and challenges of 54 reasons, including regional and remote recruitment
  • Efficiently utilise our Applicant Tracking System, and contribute to continuous improvement of this platform and other elements of our stack
  • Respond to demand for increased support from Talent Acquisition, occasionally provide end-to-end recruitment when needed (e.g. for bulk recruitment projects for new tenders)
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in internal talent acquisition
  • Strong prioritisation, time management and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage a large number of active requisitions at any given time
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and ability to build relationships with multiple, diverse stakeholders in remote locations
  • Experience in carrying out talent acquisition reporting and analytics, and proven ability to use this data to improve recruitment strategies
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
