About the Role:
  • The support worker role entails delivering domestic supports to customers in their residences, ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed and administering duties and reports.
  • Key responsibilities include delivering domestic supports, supporting person-centred plans, ensuring positive behaviour support plans are implemented and managing administration tasks including expense and mandatory reports.
What You'll Need:
  • A strong background in supporting individuals with complex needs
  • Previous experience in manual handling and medication administration
  • Ability to handle challenging situations effectively
  • Certification in Disability or Individual Support is essential
