We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to support people with disabilities in achieving their life goals.
About the RoleThe Support Worker will work closely with customers to identify and implement person-centred plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily living skills such as meal preparation, health and hygiene, medication administration,
- Attending appointments and completing administrative duties,
- Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed.
The ideal candidate will possess:
