Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Data Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the end-to-end quality assurance process and drive continuous improvement across our organization.

This role involves leading weekly and monthly data reviews, overseeing data sampling methodology, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive coverage and accuracy in data collection, and providing insights and reporting to inform business decisions.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements, strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage weekly and monthly data reviews in line with business requirements
  • Oversee the execution and refresh of data sampling methodology annually
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive coverage and accuracy in data collection
  • Manage ad-hoc data exercises, identifying gaps and escalating issues as needed
  • Provide insights and reporting based on data outcomes to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in Financial Crime and a deep understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify discrepancies, assess accuracy, and evaluate data collection methods
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
