We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies within our data analytics program. This is a key role that will shape the quality of our complex data platforms and fraud detection initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage technical expertise to lead testing activities across data analytics, ETL processes, and data validation
  • Provide guidance on performance and security testing for analytics platforms, ensuring they meet industry standards
  • Oversight of testing strategy and execution in cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), driving innovation and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop initiatives involving fraud rules engines, anomaly detection, or model validation
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in managing test teams or QA delivery within analytics environments, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Strong grounding in data testing methodologies and quality assurance frameworks, with knowledge of industry-recognized certifications (ISTQB)
  • Experience with SQL, large datasets, and modern data stacks, including data warehousing and business intelligence tools
  • Background in financial services or fintech fraud detection is highly desirable, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
