As a seasoned professional in data analytics and quality assurance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our testing strategies and ensuring the highest standards of quality across complex data platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Test Manager on a 6-month contract with strong potential for extension.

About the Role
  • Lead testing activities across data analytics, ETL processes, and data validation to ensure seamless integration and maximum efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance on performance and security testing for analytics platforms, leveraging your extensive knowledge and experience.
  • Oversight of testing strategy and execution in cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) to guarantee scalability and reliability.
  • Contribute to initiatives involving fraud rules engines, anomaly detection, or model validation to drive innovation and excellence.
Your Background
  • Proven leadership experience in managing test teams or QA delivery within analytics environments, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong grounding in data testing methodologies and quality assurance frameworks, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for improvement.
  • Experience with SQL, large datasets, and modern data stacks, with a ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and challenges.
  • Background in financial services or fintech fraud detection is highly desirable, but not essential – we're looking for talented professionals who can bring fresh perspectives and ideas.
  • ISTQB/equivalent certification beneficial, but not required – we value skills and experience above certifications.

Balancing hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement is key to success in this role. You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and exceed expectations.
