Risk Management Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead our Risk Reporting team. As a key member of our Corporate Services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our risk management strategy.
About the Role:This is a leadership role that requires strong leadership and engagement skills, as well as expertise in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts to drive initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the risk strategy for technology and data risk
- Oversee the implementation and ongoing improvements of the GRC system
- Develop training materials and facilitate sessions to educate the business on technology risks
- Provide oversight on cyber, technology, and data risks, ensuring they are managed effectively across the organization
- Identify opportunities for process improvements through AI and automation
- Support in developing risk appetite statements and key risk indicators
- 7+ years of experience in technology risk and GRC
- Strong leadership and engagement skills
- Expertise in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Experience in the general insurance industry (preferred)
- Familiarity with risk management systems and AI-driven process improvements
