Job Opportunity

The National Branch Operations Coordinator is a key role within our organization, responsible for championing operational consistency, supporting daily branch functions, and ensuring our branch network operates efficiently and compliantly across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support: Provide critical operational support to branch teams, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and service expectations.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve escalated operational issues and offer clear guidance to staff.
  • Implementation: Support the implementation of new systems, processes, and services across branches.
  • Training: Design, implement, and evaluate training programs for new hires and existing staff, ensuring onboarding compliance is maintained in collaboration with relevant learning and development teams.
  • Hands-on Training: Deliver hands-on operational training on systems, procedures, and customer service.
  • Resource Management: Maintain up-to-date training materials, resources, and manuals.
  • Candidate Identification: Identify skills gaps and provide coaching where required.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and lead process improvement initiatives across branches.
  • Standardization: Promote standardisation of procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse operational performance metrics and report key insights to management.
  • Evaluation: Monitor and track the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance data.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with WHS policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal procedures.
  • Audit Liaison: Act as a liaison with internal audit or compliance teams during assessments.
