Design Operations Strategist

This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the acceleration of productivity with AI and best-in-class Design tools, driving initiatives that make it easy for designers to access resources and operational support.
The key responsibilities include:
- Optimising workflows, providing clear guides and self-serve resources, managing research tools, or acting as the “front door” for operational enablement.
- Partnering internally across the Design Org and technology teams to align on tooling needs, integrations and best practices.
In this critical role, you will have the opportunity to oversee the full design toolchain from ideation through to handover and documentation. You will serve as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong leadership skills are also essential, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving shared goals.
