As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in empowering injured clients to thrive, guiding them through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Actively manage client portfolios with commitment and care, ensuring safe and sustainable outcomes for all stakeholders involved.
      • Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial goals and objectives.
        • Conduct thorough vocational and non-vocational assessments to inform evidence-based decisions.
          • Contribute to our inclusive and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel valued and appreciated.
            • Manage time effectively while enjoying autonomy in working a mix of on-site, in-office, and remote environments.
      • Requirements:
        • A strong educational background as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist is essential.
          • Registration with relevant professional bodies such as AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC, RCAA, or AASW is also required.
            • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle or other approved transportation methods are necessary for work-related activities.
        • What Sets You Apart:
          • Experience in Workplace Rehabilitation is highly desirable but not mandatory.
