Person-Centred Rehabilitation Specialist

This role is pivotal in supporting Defence Force personnel in achieving specific health goals and returning to service. As a rehabilitation specialist, you will work closely with medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals to develop and implement a return to wellness plan tailored to individual needs.

  • You will collaborate with Defence Force personnel who have suffered injury, illness, or trauma to design a rehabilitation plan that addresses their unique requirements.
  • Applying nursing knowledge, you will support the implementation of rehabilitation plans and ensure individuals receive optimal care.

The distinctive aspect of this role is that performance metrics are based on service delivery outcomes rather than billable hours. This means your focus will be on delivering person-centred care and achieving tangible outcomes for our Defence Force personnel.
