Are you a talented and caring professional seeking a rewarding career in rehabilitation? We are looking for individuals to join our team as rehabilitation specialists, providing best-in-industry workplace rehabilitation, injury management, and wellbeing services.
We work with clients to support recovery after injury or illness across all personal injury schemes, including Workers Compensation, Life and CTP insurance.
About the Role:- Actively manage your client portfolio with commitment and care.
- Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes.
- Conduct a range of vocational and non-vocational assessments.
- Contribute to our safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated and valued.
This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of injured clients, guiding them through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions.
Requirements:- Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist.
- Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC, RCAA, or AASW.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (or access one of the vehicle perks offered).
Desirable skills include experience in Workplace Rehabilitation, strong influencing skills, and the ability to empower clients in their recovery journey.
