Job Title: Maintenance Officer

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage maintenance requests for our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a variety of maintenance services, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, and lighting systems.
  • Liaise with staff, residents, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Manage competing demands and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements:
  • Background in building and facilities maintenance.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, and lighting systems.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and time management skills.
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise conflicting demands.
  • Current unrestricted Victorian Driver's licence (desirable).
