Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing requests, executing workflows, and providing exceptional customer service.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Action and manage requests to execute workflows for optimal results.
  • Work closely with field technicians to schedule their workflow and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage workflow schedules to prioritize tasks and mitigate risks.
  • Meet targets and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements
  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in a telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in tight time frames.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and meet targets in a demanding environment.
  • Tech savvy and able to adopt new systems quickly.

Benefits

This is an 8-month full-time contract role with an attractive hourly rate. You will have the opportunity to work from home after training in the office and may be eligible for extension based on performance.
